❓Q:Which scale should I take?
❗️A: Usually 28mm scale is best for systems with rank and file units, like Warhammer Fantasy Battle or The 9th Age. Models are smaller and easier to fit square bases. If you play with round bases (systems like Age of Sigmar) you can take 32mm scale.

❓Q:Do I have to prepare model before painting?
❗️A: Yes,just like models from other manufacturers and materials. 3d printed minis don't have moulding lines, but sometimes are marks after supports which are easy to fix with putty or even with basecoat only

❓Q: Which glue should I use for resin models?
❗️A: Cyanoacrylate/Super glue/other adhesive glue. Standard plastic glue doesn't work with resin

❓Q:Are special tools required to prepare resin model?
❗️A: No, standard hobby knife and file are enough

❓Q:I have ordered models in wrong scale. What I can do?
❗️A: Write to us! Usually we don't have problem to exchange models. After we received return from you we will send models in the new size!

❓Q:What to do if something from my orders is missing (model or part)?
❗️A: Write to us! Sometimes due to many orders we make a mistake :( We will send missing part of your order ASAP with little gift for inconvenience ;)
